The S80 was purchased in 2013 for €500, already showing a few faults that we managed to fix without too much trouble. At the time of purchase, the mileage stood at 264,000 km. Since then, it has been driven extensively, with the odometer steadily climbing—nearly reaching 290,000 km at one point, with the 300,000 km milestone clearly in sight.
Despite its age and mileage, the car continued to serve reliably for several years, proving once again how durable these models can be when properly maintained.
