“Just” replacing an alternator on the spot sounds easy enough—until you receive the wrong alternator from Autodoc. Unfortunately, the delivered unit didn’t fit the car at all.
Luckily for us, Dynamo & Startmotoren Service The Hague was willing to wait 20 minutes past closing time, which saved the day. Thanks to their help, the correct alternator was sourced and installed on the very same day.
As a result, our family member was able to leave the next morning for a previously planned road trip to Germany, without any delays or last-minute stress.
